All orders are for collection from your choosen site. Cut off for Box & gift orders is 5pm on Thursdays for Saturday collection. Alternative collections dates can be arranged after ordering but need to be arranged and confirmed by contacting orders@freespiritpubs.co.uk.
All goods are packed and supplied by ourselves in an appropriate way enabling us to be confident on no breakages or spoilage. Please check all contents on delivery and contact us directly immediately should there be any issues. Issues raised past 24 hours after delivery or collection will not be our responsibility. Where there are any issues brought to our attention with 24 hrs of delivery then we will endeavour to correct these immediately and at our expense
